Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
   
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
   
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
   

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your credit card or PayPal account within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
   
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
