What is your return policy?
We accept returns within14 daysof delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Please note thatcustom or personalized jewelry cannot be returnedunless defective.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at cindy@cindykayejewelry.comwith your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! Refunds are issued to yourcredit card or PayPal accountwithin7–10 business daysafter we receive your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 daysof delivery with photos. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
